A Letter to our Valued Sponsors and Exhibitors

Dear Valued Sponsors and Exhibitors,

We are grateful for your continued support as a sponsor and/or exhibitor at past Annual Meetings of the Western Section of The Wildlife Society. Sponsors help us keep meeting registration fees at a reasonable rate for our attendees and help us raise operating capital to promote sustainable management of wildlife resources. We thank you for your support! As you know, each meeting location has adjustments based on the meeting space and program needs, and we want to share the updates for our 2019 meeting at Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite, California – a new location for our members!

Western Section’s 2019 Annual Meeting is anticipated to be a well-attended meeting, and last year’s attendance topped 630. We have ample space for concurrent sessions, poster sessions, and breakout sessions for our members. The facility is remote, cozy and gorgeous and we look forward to settling in for the week all together – and we want you to join us!

At Yosemite, we are introducing the “Annual Meeting Marketplace” for chapter merchandise, artist’s wares, and a very limited number of non-profit and commercial exhibitor tables. This room is in a high-traffic zone of the conference so you can expect maximum exposure for your business, but the room size requires that we limit the number of exhibit tables and have added a brand new “Demo Program” for high level sponsors where sponsors can sign up for 20 minute scheduled slots to showcase their products or programs.

Our goal with our updated sponsorship program and annual meeting marketplace is to connect your company to our members in a meaningful relationship. Thus, we have also added post-meeting advertisement benefits to the sponsorship categories. All sponsor levels include at least one advertisement in our member’s e-Newsletter.

Thank you for your past support and we hope to see you at the 2019 Annual Meeting! You may sign up to become a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor through the online registration form which will be up by early October, or by contacting our Meeting Planner at the email or phone number below.

We look forward to another great meeting with YOU.
